All staff are very professional and welcoming. I always feel valued and cared for.I’m usually booked in with Kelly and I think she is absolutely wonderful. She always makes me feel relaxed and takes the time to ensure her service is perfect.

I had my lips done by Carla in Busselton and absolutely loved the results. I had a little bruising but nothing major. The experience was very pleasant. Carla was very gentle and easy to talk to.

I’m so happy I have finally found this Clinic. Penny at Busselton is so professional and spent a lot of time explaining the procedures. No bruising with injections which is a first for me.Definitely will be going back for more procedures. A big thank you.

I also recently had Prophilo treatment. Carla is amazing. Always giving me the information I’m asking about and making me feel good about each treatment. She knows what treatments I am interested in and offers information on new treatments as they come in. I love trying new treatments she suggests because I trust Carla

I am a huge fan of the Ultraceutical range. So when I moved to Bunbury 2 years ago, I was stoked when I saw new you had the same peel that has kept my acne at bay almost 10 years now.I was not 100% happy with my first peel and when I told New You that I was not happy they were extremely understanding and came to an arrangement that suited us both that was extremely reasonable.I am now a loyal customer of New You. I see Kelly who is an absolute gem and listens to my concerns and makes me feel super comfortable. She is also very friendly - and as someone who is quite anxious she always makes me feel at ease.My only issue is the pricing - which as someone who has spent a lot of time and money researching tofind the best beauticians, I believe that perhaps more specials should be made available and the base price for the particular A-zyme peel I get is more expensive than most places in Perth. I would highly recommend going toNY and if you do have any questions or concerns write them down to discuss -the team really listen and want to make you satisfied with the service so you keep coming back. It’s not pretentious at all!! 5 ⭐️
